I had my doubts about being a “Reiki Master”. I don't want to teach; I only use Reiki for myself. But after a severe bout of depression and illness, I decided to attend Lisa’s training. I write this 4 months after the class, and my eyes still tear with gratitude for what it has done for me! 

I can sincerely say that Lisa’s Karuna Reiki class was the catalyst that propelled me into a new dimension of awareness and self-mastery. We raised the roof with our collective Chakra Chanting in that class! 

I was on chemotherapy when I attended this class with Star. I worried if I would have the energy to  attend all 3  days. Star was very attentive to my needs. And I soared with Karuna Reiki to very unexpected levels of  feeling healthy and happy! Thank You Lisa StarAhna.

I actually feel different since the Drumming Class. It’s like I have a ‘yearning’ for more energy! My Heart Chakra ‘Itches!’ inside, ever since the drum healing I received in class from 2 other students. It was Incredible! I’m so addicted! I had so much energy running through me, I had to put my forehead to the floor so I could get grounded.

I was afraid to take the drumming class because I have no rhythm. I decided to just do it as it was my next step along the Reiki Path. I wanted the whole package, so I dove in, hoping not to embarrass myself too badly. What a spiritual experience! I am so thankful that I did not let fear hold me back. The Chakra Drumming Class is my favorite class and I love my drum. I would highly recommend it.

Getting Reiki from Lisa is the best thing I have done for myself in many, many years. I am learning to speak up for myself, I am releasing old pain and hurt, I am actually starting to love myself!

My counselor referred me to Lisa because I have severe anxiety. I have never felt as relaxed as I did during my treatment! I continue with my healing sessions every month. I am learning what triggers my anxiety, and I feel more self-empowered each time.
