Usui Holy Fire - Reiki I & II
Certificate Course
Usui / Holy Fire III Reiki I & II is a comprehensive, beginner-level Reiki training (available onsite & online) designed for personal healing, spiritual growth, and professional practice. Your Reiki journey begins with this transformative two-day course led by internationally recognized and respected Reiki Master Lisa StarAhna, who brings nearly 40 years of experience in teaching and practicing Reiki.
Through live instruction, guided placements (attunements), hands-on practice, discussion, and heart-centered support, students learn to channel Reiki for self-healing, in-person healing, and distance healing. The course blends traditional Japanese Reiki techniques with modern Western approaches, offering a grounded yet expansive foundation in universal life-force energy.
Upon successful completion, students receive a Professional Practitioner Certificate from The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and the skills, knowledge, and confidence to begin practicing Reiki immediately, including offering sessions professionally if they choose. (No prior experience is required, and all are welcome.)

DAY ONE:

What Reiki is, how it heals, and how you can apply it in your everyday life.

History of Reiki and its role in modern medicine and therapy healing.

Receive your first placement (attunement) for Reiki Level One.

Use of the Gassho Meditation Technique practiced by Dr. Mikao Usui.

How to heal the Aura with a Japanese technique called Bysosen Scanning.
-
How to give yourself a Reiki treatment, including self Byosen Scanning and Chakra cleansing.

Kenyoku technique to strengthen your own energy and to disconnect from energy that is not yours.
DAY TWO:

Three Powerful Reiki II Symbols are given! Learn their meaning and how to use them in your day-to-day life.

Receive your second placement (attunement) to Reiki Level Two, which attunes you to the first 3 Usui Reiki symbols.

How to use the Reiki II symbols when giving a treatment to yourself and others.

Gyoshi-ho for expanding your ability to channel Reiki energy.

How to give a long-distance Reiki treatment specifically using the 3rd symbol.

How to document treatments given and how to discuss with clients, patients, friends, even strangers, what the healing benefits of Reiki are and how it works.
A detailed 125-page class manual is included to assist you in further home study of the course. Upon completion of the two-day course, a Practitioner Certificate from The International Center for Reiki Training is awarded. When you finish this amazing weekend, you will have the skills and confidence necessary to give yourself and others a powerful Reiki healing treatment!
