Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki I & II is a comprehensive, beginner-level Reiki training (available onsite & online) designed for personal healing, spiritual growth, and professional practice. Your Reiki journey begins with this transformative two-day course led by internationally recognized and respected Reiki Master Lisa StarAhna, who brings nearly 40 years of experience in teaching and practicing Reiki. Through live instruction, guided placements (attunements), hands-on practice, discussion, and heart-centered support, students learn to channel Reiki for self-healing, in-person healing, and distance healing. The course blends traditional Japanese Reiki techniques with modern Western approaches, offering a grounded yet expansive foundation in universal life-force energy. Taught within a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, this training empowers students to work confidently with Reiki for themselves and others. Upon successful completion, students receive a Professional Practitioner Certificate from The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and the skills, knowledge, and confidence to begin practicing Reiki immediately, including offering sessions professionally if they choose. (No prior experience is required, and all are welcome.)

This thoughtfully designed two-day Reiki I & II (In Person or Online) training offers a grounded yet expansive introduction to the practice of Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki. Taught with care, clarity, and integrity, the course blends traditional Japanese Reiki techniques with modern Western approaches to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Students learn how to work with universal life-force energy for self-healing, hands-on healing for others, and distance healing, while cultivating intuition, presence, and energetic awareness.
The class is suitable for beginners seeking personal healing as well as those who wish to pursue Reiki as a professional practice. Throughout the training, students receive guided placements (attunements), structured instruction, demonstrations, discussion, and ample hands-on practice in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Reiki I focuses on self-healing and in-person sessions, while Reiki II introduces sacred symbols, distance healing, and advanced energetic techniques. Upon successful completion of the full two-day course, students receive a professional Reiki certificate from The International Center for Reiki Training, allowing them to offer Reiki sessions and charge for their services if they choose.
This course may be taken in person or live online via Zoom. Online training is fully interactive and includes live instruction, attunements, practice sessions, and Q&A. Class size is intentionally limited to ensure individualized attention, deeper learning, and meaningful connection within a compassionate Reiki community.
