2. As soon as your payment is received, you can pick from the limited number of vendor spaces available. First-come, first-served basis. Act fast!

*Please note that Thanksgiving Point does not allow outside food or drink in their conference rooms.

Suggestions for Success:

  • Door Prizes! Let new clients know who you are by participating in the door prizes, given away during the workshop as a way of introducing you. Door prizes are only being given by vendors participating in the workshop. We suggest a minimum of two door prizes, one for each day. We suggest something worth $20 or so to capture the audience's attention and create excitement to visit your booth.
  • Free demos of your services or a small trinket for attendees to take home with your information gives people a simple, yet powerful way to connect with who you are and what you do!
  • Gift the volunteers! These connected people are already open to your unique products and services. Coupons, small gifts or a taste of your services will prove a win-win! We're putting together thank-you baskets and will be delighted for your contribution, as will they.
  • To promote your business successfully, please send your check immediately to confirm your booth rental. That way you and your company can be included on our website.

We ask that all vendors operate their booths during the following hours only:

Saturday 9:00 - 10:45 am Just for you! Designated time for vendors and conference attendees to mingle!
Saturday 1:15pm - 3:00pm Lunch break - vendors open
Saturday 6:45 - 8:00 pm Dinner break - vendors open - workshop session closes

Due to the type of environment that this workshop convention requires, we ask that vendors operate their booths only during the specific times scheduled. However, if you have purchased Package A, which includes one workshop pass, you get to stay in the room with your booth and participate in the workshop simultaneously! We do ask that conference booth staff/owners who do not purchase workshop passes leave when not operating booth (during classtimes). We are so appreciative of your awareness and support.

Provided for Your Convenience

  • Each vendor is given an 8-foot, rectangular table with tablecloth top and/or skirting, with storage space underneath.
  • Electrical outlets are provided free of charge. However, we need to know as soon as possible so we can arrange your booth nearest an outlet for safety purposes.
  • Internet is available for $100. It must be hard-wired, since wireless is not available in that building. Please let us know asap if you will be requiring internet.
  • Name tags so customers can identify you quickly and easily.

Thanksgiving Point is located in Lehi, Utah, along Interstate 15 between Salt Lake City and Provo. It is about 20 minutes from either direction (south of Salt Lake and north of Provo). Take the Alpine/Highland west bound exit off I-15. If you have any questions or need further directions, please call 801.768.2300.

A map to the Garden Room will be posted on our website at least two weeks prior to the event. Watch for our "Claim Your Power Conference" signs. There will be three leading to the Garden Room.
